Indiangrass is a beautiful, perennial Warm Season Native grass
It can grow up to 4-5 ft tall and its distinct reddish brown plumes at maturity make it a great addition to warm season perennial mixes
Warm season grasses are notoriously slow to establish but are very long lived once they are established
They don’t require added fertilizer and you should get weeds under control before planting and use timely, high mowing to keep weed competition controlled after planting
