Note below that Beck’s Hybrids and Stine Seed Company have their own payments terms and can be follow at the links provided below.
All new customers will have to make full payment upon picking up or shipment of their orders or fill out a credit application to establish an active customer account with terms of 30 days. If it has been before January 2020 since you have done business with us, you will have to start a new credit application process.
Invoices not paid in full when due shall be subjected to a late charge of 1.5% over a month, 18% APR.
In addition to a $39.00 monthly late fee.
Statements are issued on the 4th Friday of each month, with a due date of the following month's 2nd Friday.
Credit Card payments are not eligible for cash discounts. Unless Sales and Promotions are noted otherwise.

Paying with cash or check at the time of pickup we will offer a 3% discount; this doesn't apply on Beck's Hybrids or Stine Seed Company as they both have their own terms.
If not paid, we will commence action against the Purchaser to recover amount due and pursue all remedies for the collection of such amount including reasonable costs of collection and attorney’s fee incurred in the collection. This will take action after an account is 120 days past due and will be subject to a COD (Cash on Delivery) account until further notice unless payment arrangements take place.
We do not hold responsibility for germination quality for any seed that is picked up from our facility after 6 months of purchase date, nor will we be able to provide germinations on seed that is beyond 6 months. For example if you purchase seed in January and do not plant it till August, we will not be able to provide you with a current germination. When seed leaves our facility in reference to the date of your invoice we comply with seed germination laws. The State of Illinois has set germination laws that we comply with.
Government Program Seed is sold on 100% PLS and meets State of Illinois Requirements. We will provide you with all tags in a packet to turn into your Farm Service Agency to make your government program paperwork process be a success! If you would like electronic files and sent to your contact at your local FSA office please let us know we will be happy to send them this information.

Custom Orders: Please allow 7-10 business for order. In addition, there is a no return policy for custom orders.
All eligible seed for returns must be done within 14 days from the date of pickup, bags must not be damaged, torn or stained and seed tag must be still attached.
For custom orders that have been placed and then the seed is no longer need, we are willing to work with the customer. The customer is still responsible for payment and housing of the product, but we will do our best to sell the seed for the customer, customer maybe responsible for freight of product depending on the quantity. This will be consider consignment product. The time period of this product will depend on germination expiration date.
Wholesale Customer
Thank you for showing interesting in our company. And we look forward to developing a working relationship with you and your company. Below are the requirements to be considered a wholesale customer. ● To meet the qualifications of wholesale you must provide proof that you are a business selling seed products.
● Any order over $5,000, 60% payment is needed upon seed order upon credit approval.
● Regular statement terms apply.
● All Seed is FOB: Penfield, IL 61862, unless other arrangements have been made.
● All of our seed meets State of Illinois Seed Regulations and Laws.
● Shipping rates are available pallet rate within Illinois and outside of Illinois delivery.
● Depending on products and current available delivery could take as long as 10 business days, please allow for this.
● A list of 4 references with company that you work with on a regular basis.
● A letter of reference you’re your finical institute stating that your company is in good stand with them.
