Forage Daikon Radish is an annual Brassica that is a great soil builder as well as a fantastic forage source for Fall planted plots
Much like Dwarf Essex Rape the Radish will produce good amounts of fairly bitter forage that usually gets left alone until a good frost turn them from bitter to sweet and they start to smell like rotten cabbage which brings deer from all over to investigate that smell!
Makes a great addition to annual Brassica mixes
Stays growing well into Winter, it takes a pretty good freeze(22-24 degrees) to kill them

Seed Rate: 5 lbs. covers 1/2 acre
Depth to Sow: 1/4" - 1/2"
