Chicory is a perennial, wide leafed, deep tap rooted (up to 8 ft deep over time) herb that can last for many years when planted with perennial clovers
When planted alone chicory is subject to Winter killing and works best when used in mixes
Endure is a very high disease resistant variety that can be planted in most soil types
Due to its deep tap roots Chicory is very drought resistant and a great addition to perennial deer food plots
